Terms and Conditions for the ‘Refer a Friend’ (RAF) scheme run by rewardsme business insurance.

1. This refer a friend (RAF) scheme offer is open to current and previous rewardsme business insurance policy holders (“Existing Customer”).
2. The Existing Customer must provide their referral code (the “Unique Referral Code”) to their friend (the “Referred Customer”), so when they apply to purchase a professional indemnity insurance policy, they are able to submit this information at time of purchase.
   If the details cannot be substantiated (i.e. the Unique Referral Code is incorrect) then rewardsme cannot be held accountable for the reward not being honoured.
3. It is the responsibility of the Existing Customer, to provide the Unique Referral Number to their friend(s) (The “Referred Customer”).
   rewardsme does not accept responsibility for the actions of the Referred Customer and any referrals made in error.
4. The Existing Customer’s rewardsme insurance policy must include Professional Indemnity for the RAF offer to be valid.
5. The Referred Customer must provide the Unique Referral Code during their purchase of their insurance policy. If the Unique Referral Code is not entered at time of purchase, rewardsme is not honoured to provide the RAF reward to the Existing Customer after purchase.
6. All refer a friend submissions will go through validity checks to ensure that the referring party is eligible for this offer.
7. Rewards will be dispatched 28 days after the Referred Customer’s policy start date. If this date falls on a weekend, the reward will be sent on the closest working day there.
8. In the event of a policy being cancelled within the cooling off period, no reward shall be paid to the referring party.
9. Each voucher issued will include a 6 month validity period. After which time, any voucher will be unable to be redeemed. rewardsme shall not be responsible for any voucher which falls outside of this period and will not accept responsibility for replacing expired vouchers.

11. The value of the vouchers rewarded is based on the total net basket premium (excluding Insurance Premium Tax and and other applicable). of the policy/policies your friend purchases to the nearest £1. Net basket premiums of £150 and below will result in a reward of £15 in VEX vouchers, net basket premium between £151-£300 will result in a reward of £25 and any net basket premium £301 and over will result in a reward of £40 in VEX vouchers. These vouchers will be sent to the referrer only.
12. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
13. This offer is valid for the introduction of new customers only and Existing Customers may not refer a friend who is an existing rewardsme policyholder
14. No party may, under any circumstances, may refer themselves.
15. rewardsme reserve the right to provide substitute rewards of similar value should the specified or chosen reward become unavailable for reasons beyond our control. Cash or credit alternatives will not be offered under any circumstances.
16. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this offer, rewardsme reserves the right to end or suspend the offer or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
17. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
