Contact

Once you’ve notified us of a claim, our dedicated claims team will work with you directly. They will be your main contact and help you with your claims process.

Review

Your claim will be handled as quickly as possible. We’ll keep you posted on progress. You may be asked for more information to support your claim, so be ready with as much info as you can.

DECISION

After review, we’ll come back to you and let you know if your claim has been approved. If so, payment details will be collected so that you are paid quickly.

If your claim isn’t approved, we’ll do our best to help you with alternatives.
